Territory Sales Manager Job at Spectrum Staffing Services, United States

  • Spectrum Staffing Services
  • United States

Job Description

SUMMARY

Opportunity for a driven Sales Account Manager to expand a specialized healthcare technology portfolio across an assigned regional territory. Lead new-business development and manage customer relationships with hospitals, diagnostic imaging facilities, and radiopharmacies, while owning the sales process from initial outreach through close.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business through targeted outreach, cold calling, and strategic account development for nuclear medicine equipment, software, and related services.
  • Manage opportunities from prospect qualification and proposals through pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract close.
  • Build relationships through virtual meetings and onsite customer visits with healthcare and radiopharmacy accounts.
  • Keep CRM records current, including customer activity, deal progression, pipeline projections, and territory forecasts.
  • Coordinate with technical application and service colleagues on demonstrations, implementation, and ongoing customer support.
  • Assess market trends and competitor activity to inform territory strategy and sales positioning.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences, professional meetings, and regional events to develop contacts and represent the product portfolio.
  • Deliver against established quarterly and annual revenue objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience.
  • Approximately 4–7 years of sales experience with demonstrated success generating new accounts and revenue.
  • Confident prospecting, cold-calling, and building an independent sales pipeline rather than relying primarily on existing business.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce preferred; comparable CRM expertise and consistent pipeline management practices considered.
  • Ability to travel throughout an assigned multi-state regional territory, including occasional extended travel as business needs require.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, prioritization, and customer relationship skills.
  • Capital equipment or medical device sales background preferred; exposure to nuclear medicine, medical imaging, or radiopharmacy is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working independently from a home office while collaborating with sales, service, and technical support teams.

BENEFITS

  • Opportunity to take ownership of a territory and directly influence business growth.
  • Build expertise in specialized healthcare equipment and technology with meaningful clinical applications.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of a home-based role combined with engaging customer-facing travel.
  • Collaborate with knowledgeable technical and service professionals while strengthening consultative sales skills.
  • Develop lasting relationships with healthcare organizations and broaden your professional network.
